Discovery of Stripo and Calendly

Great new software for ThinkTech

ThinkTech is always on the lookout for new  powerful software, and indeed over the years we have found great software that makes our operation and administration increasingly more efficient.  Without boring you on all the software we have found, developed and deployed, we want to tell you about two new applications we have found, and about which we are very excited.


One is Stripo out of Kyiv, which lets us create HTML emails and graphics.  We are excited about it because it will help us make eye-catching email to let you know what we’re doing in our talk show advisories, in our weekly bulletins and of course in our fund drive appeals.  Stand by for some great looking email from ThinkTech.


The other is Calendly, out of Atlanta, which lets us present an array of available show dates and times to individuals we want to invite to join us on our talk shows.  It is remarkable in that it avoids multiple exchanges of email to negotiate acceptable dates for their apperances.  One invitation, and bingo the date of the show is established.  This will be very helpful for everyone.

As in our middle name, ThinkTech loves tech, and we’ll keep scouring the world ( indeed great software, in English, is being developed everywhere) for innovations in software, ideas that will help us not only keep up, but also keep up with the best of them.

Graphics are worth at least a thousand words We have so many stories and links on our various publications, including our Daily Email Advisories and our Flash Messages and all the newsletters we send out covering news, events, features, fund drives, projects and holidays. All these can all be better with graphics, graphics that catch the eye and reinforce the message.  And more and more we're getting into the swing of things by adding graphics to our content.  That can include graphics from one of the stock photo sites we use, or an AI graphic from Discord-MidJourney, or one of the graphics we have in our collection. We found and have moved on to storing our collection of photos and graphics in Google photos, where we have accumulated a huge number of them in that collection, and this helps us find and include them in all our publications.  The good thing about Google photos is that you can upload and tag them quickly, then find and download them quickly.  Furthermore, you can edit

THINKTECH WORKFLOW NOTICE ThinkTech is always improving its workflow. Now, in lieu of specific “airdates” we will simply upload your shows onto YouTube as soon as they are edited, i.e., 1-2 days after you have appeared on your show. As soon as the videos are uploaded, we will let you know and send you the on demand links for the show and the YouTube playlist so that you can watch the show and share those links withyour friends and associates.. We have redesigned our website to list all the Latest Productions on the top of the homepage (just below the player) and as a sidebar on other pages on the site, so that you can find and play them on demand as soon as they are available.  This will give you better production values for your shows, make it easier for you to find, play and replay them now and in the future, make the workflow easier for our staff, and save software subscription costs.
